Prior to joining ASAPP as the Chief Security and Trust Officer in 2020, Craig was the first Chief Information Security Officer at AppDynamics (now part of Cisco). Craig was also the first Chief Security Officer for FireEye and launched the first Security Architecture practice at Pacific Gas & Electric Company focused on protecting critical infrastructure.

Jimmy Sanders

Jimmy manages the information security for Netflix DVD. He is the president of the SFBay Chapter of ISSA. In addition, he is a Cyber Security Committee advisor for St. Mary’s University, Merritt College, Ohlone College as well as on advisory board for other colleges and non-profit movements. Prior to Netflix, Jimmy was the Security Architect for Samsung Research. Jimmy maintains the certifications of CISSP, CRISC, and CISM. He holds degrees in Psychology and Behavioral Science from San Jose State University. “

Since 2009, as the Founder of Whiteside Security, Larry has advised several corporate security executives and companies across the cybersecurity industry on how to make Cyber Security a number one objective to their business. He has helped CEOs and board members of private cybersecurity companies achieve their goals in sales, marketing, and customer retention.

Lauret Howard

Chief Risk Officer, NASCO


Watchtower Consulting focuses on business and risk management strategy development and implementation planning. Prior to starting Watchtower Consulting, Lauret invested 30 years building NASCO, a healthcare IT services company serving 24 million members of Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans. Before retiring from NASCO as its first female executive, Lauret served as Chief Risk Officer, building NASCO’s risk management and cybersecurity programs which enabled NASCO to achieve SOC2 and HITRUST certifications well ahead of many companies in the healthcare IT industry. Lauret served as CFO, built NASCO’s consulting, human performance, e-learning and knowledge management practices and was corporate secretary. Lauret has been featured in Forbes and Southern Women in Business magazines and can be heard on Business Radio eXe’s innovation and technology podcast episode and Meditology’s CyberPHIx podcast Culture Club: Creating a Culture of Information Security & Compliance. Lauret has spoken at numerous risk management, cybersecurity and Association for Strategic Planning (ASP) events. She was recently recognized as a 2020 ASP volunteer of the year, is president of the ASP Atlanta chapter and is co-chair of the 2020 and 2021 ASP conferences. In addition, she is an ASP certified Strategy Management Professional. A member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and Women in Technology (WIT), Lauret was a WIT Woman of the Year Finalist in 2011 and 2012, and she continues to actively mentor business leaders on strategy development and execution. Lauret received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.

He is also an independent board member and advisor to organizations.  Previously Malcolm was the Chief Security and Trust Officer at Cylance Inc. and he was Chief Security and Privacy Officer at Intel Corporation.

Prior to joining Wayfair, Marnie led the global security program at Orion Health and served as a security leader at Early Warning, and Wells Fargo’s Mortgage division.

Wes is an award-winning security executive with over 4 decades of experience. He has fulfilled many roles throughout his career.  He recently retired as the Chief Information Security Officer who was responsible for maintaining the security of taxpayer and motor vehicle information that is valued at approximately $26 billion in revenue. In 2019, the Technology Executive Network (T.E.N), awarded Wes the 2019 ISE Luminary Leadership Award. Presented annually, the award celebrates the achievements of an outstanding leader and industry practitioner for his or her distinguished service, stewardship and contributions in advancing the information security industry.
